Butler’s Automotive Inc

I was going to delete my review after they fixed the part they were legally liable to fix due to warranty, "they stand behind their work". 1 year and 90 day warranty. As you can see, from the response, the owner is rude. And not kind. College girlies. I do not recommend. 0/10. This break could have killed us, our kids, our dog, someone else on the road. Be careful when you need a repair. Edit: he loosened our upper control arm. And because my partner is mechanically inclined we caught it before it could be bad. Under no circumstances should you trust Travis at Butlers automotive.

I’ve used Butler many time for many years and their work has been consistently excellent for me. This has included a wide range of types of service needs, all the way from oil changes and general inspections up to major engine work… mostly on an older vehicle. The costs are way less than dealer estimates, and their work stays true.

Always happy to leave a good review for a place that doesn’t try to take advantage of college kids, especially as a woman. Staff was friendly, welcoming, and kind. Great price for an oil change and my car was ready in just a few hours.

Travis and his staff are THE BEST!!! Travis Butler has always been 100% honest, incredibly knowledgeable (and will admit if he’s not sure about what’s going on…we all know that some issues just aren’t that easy to fix or diagnose or the car only acts up with us and not when we take it in-IYKYK), dependable, thorough and still gets our vehicles back to us quickly (usually same day), so nice and ALWAYS reasonably priced. I’ve NEVER been disappointed by these guys. Our family has been getting our vehicles serviced by Travis for 25 years (before he had this location) because he’s just that great. Even when I lived out of state, I’d bring my vehicles to Butler’s for servicing! Thank you so much, Travis and all the guys there!!! P.S, I am a female. If any women are on the fence about finding the right mechanic, know that you can trust these guys.

For the second time, I took my car to Butler Automotive after a tire/oil change place suggested a substantial problem (axle). Both times they told me that I had been misled, my car didn't have the stated problem, and they didn't charge me for looking at it! They've also done excellent and reasonably priced repairs as well. It is heartening to see that there are still people who value integrity and honesty! I always recommend them for this very reason.
